On Friday 26th April, Masters swimmers Alex Williams and team mate Lara Proctor took part in the Swimathon Triple 5km challenge but with a twist: they did it in ONE DAY!!!. They swam at 3 different pools across London, set 2 PB times for the 5k distance and raised £1,300 for Marie Curie, Cancer Research and the Swimathon Foundation. The Kent County Championships 2024 included 31 Saxon Crown qualifiers and they did us proud achieving 78 PBs, 59 top 10 finalists and 7 bronze medalists.
The boys and girls teams both finished in15th place giving us an overall placing of 14th amongst the 36 clubs in Kent. Well done all and special congratulations to the following for achieving bronze medals!
