Piranhas Squad

Age Group:

7 - 10 years old.

Standard:

ASA (Swim England) Stage 8 - 9.

Ability:

Able to swim 50 metres in 3 of 4 strokes with legal turns and understanding of lane discipline.

Commitment:

To attend 3 of 3 sessions each week.

Competitions:

Attendance at Club Champs, Time Trials, Open competitions and team events when selected at least once per month.

Progression:

According to training criteria and competitive performance.

Equipment:

• Swimming hat (if long hair);
• Swimming goggles – preferably clear;
• Water bottle;
• Kick board;
• Pull buoy;
• Short fins.
