Spectator Information

  • Spectator entry: £10.00 per day (for all aged 13+).

  • Children 12 & under: Free, when accompanied by an adult.

  • All tickets must be pre-purchased via a link that will be available from 1 October 2025.

  • NO tickets available for purchase at the venue.

  • Tickets must be presented either printed or on a mobile device and will be scanned for entry/exit.


Important Notes & Poolside Access

  • No printed programmes will be available at the event — please download and print from home in advance.

  • Poolside access requires a valid pass with photo IDno exceptions due to safeguarding regulations.

Results

Live start lists and results will be provided during the meet in the Hy-Tek Meet Mobile app.  The app can be downloaded from both Apple and Google app stores.

Key Meet Information

  • A swimmer’s age shall be determined as at midnight on 31 December 2026.
  • The closing deadline for entries and full payment is 15 April 2026. 
  • ALL entries must be submitted electronically using the Online Club Entry Form or the Online Individual Entry Form using ranking times gained from Level 1 to 3 meets since 16 April 2025.

Merchandising from Fine Designs

Fine Designs are delighted to attend the Swim England London Summer Championships 2026 selling our range of bespoke commemorative t-shirts and hoodies.  Their stand is on the Upper Concourse to the right of the entrance door towards the gym.

Design your own garment and it’s printed while you wait, you get to choose from the front logo, the list of competitor’s names and lots of additional sleeve options including flags, medals and slogans. See you at our stand and have a great event!

Official Meet Photography

The Region has appointed Jason Shepherd (Sports and Fine Art Photography) as our official photography provider for the meet.

Jason is offering exclusive commission photography of your swimmer. Focusing on only those who want photography, which means you will get the best possible images with faster editing turnaround time.

To ensure quality there will be a limited number of slots in a given race, this will vary depending on the event. Advance bookings at a discount on the “On-the-day” bookings cost.

Also an opportunity for Clubs to secure a collection of photos or some videography for socials.

Spectator Entry Fees

Entry to spectate the meet will cost £10.00 per day (regardless of arrival/departure time) for all adults (12 years old and over).  Entry to spectate the meet shall be free-of-charge for all children (11 years old and younger).
