4 club swimmers represented their school at the IAPS National Swimming Finals on Saturday 11th June at the London Aquatic Centre. Thomas Armstrong, Ayotunde Dauda, Harry Gibb and Andre Nimoh took part in the 25m Free and 25m Medley relays, finishing 7th & 8th respectively, taking several seconds off their qualifying times for both events. Ayotunde secured a place in the individual 50m breaststroke final, finishing 4th with a PB. Well done boys and a special mention for Kevin Sugrue who officiated at the event.

As well as the older swimmers achieving lots of Pbs and medals, it was the first time some of the very young swimmers competed in a proper gala. The Kent County Championships 2024 included 31 Saxon Crown qualifiers and they did us proud achieving 78 PBs, 59 top 10 finalists and 7 bronze medalists.
The boys and girls teams both finished in15th place giving us an overall placing of 14th amongst the 36 clubs in Kent. Well done all and special congratulations to the following for achieving bronze medals!
